Hi friends, today I am here with another healthy breakfast idea it is a summer drink for weight loss. We call it a Ragi ambli made from fermented ragi very healthy and nutritious as compared to instant ragi ambli. We can have this recipe in the summer season during breakfast time or mid-morning or evening time. In a single serving will get only 150 calories. This Drink is loaded with vitamins and minerals, it is rich in calcium, probiotics. This summer drink for weight loss is low in calories. Probiotics help to improve gut health and digestion. This drink is known as Ragi Ambli recipe.
Usually will make ragi ambli in 2 ways
1-Instant Ragi Ambli
2-Fermented Ragi ambli

Ragi Ambli (fermented ambli)
1-Ragi ata (finger millet flour)-50 gm (7 spoons)
2-Curd-150 gm
3-Onion-100 gm (1 big size)
4-Coriander leaves (dhaniya patti)-10 gm
5-Mint leaves-2 gm
6- Green chilli-2 no (as per taste)
7-Salt-as per taste
8-Water-4 cup (1 cup-250ml)
Cooking process
1-Take a bowl add 50 g ragi flour to it, add water mix well.
2-cook it.
3-keep it aside for 30 min.
4-Cover it with a plate and keep it aside for 8 hours for fermentation.
5-Once cooked ragi fermented add 150g curd, chopped onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and salt as per taste.
6-Healthy fermented ragi ambli is ready to serve.
