Ingredients BBQ Chicken:
– 150g Chicken Breast
– 1 red onion
– 50g chopped tomatoes
– 30g low sugar ketchup
– 30g low sugar chili sauce
– salt, pepper, smoked paprika, curry

– 50g low fat Greek yogurt
– 1/2 lemon
– 1 clove garlic
– 50g cucumber
– handful chopped dill
