Hey guys and welcome to today’s video,

Today we are back with another low calorie recipe to help you get lean and keep the gains coming without sacrificing taste on your meals.

Sauces are a huge part of making a meal taste good and people don’t realise just how much sugar and calories most sauces contain.

My previous video of a near 0 calorie sweet chilli sauce recipe was well received and is an absolutely incredible recipe, so I had to follow it up with figuring out a recipe for my absolute all time favourite sauce – barbecue sauce.

This recipe gives you a sweet, rich, smokey barbecue sauce which literally takes 5 minutes to make.

You can make it as sweet or smokey as you like just by changing the amounts of maple syrup and sweetener, or paprika and worcestershire sauce.

This sauce can also easily be made in huge batches and stored in bulk – it will last for a week or so in the fridge or you can put it into separate pots and freeze it for months, just take one pot out at a time!
