This weeks recipe is called “Spicy pulled beef”. It’s lean beef, cooked to perfection with mild taste of east. The perfect filling for any sandwich, wrap or just by itself!

1.25kg of Beef
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Garlic & Ginger Paste
1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Cinnamon Stick
3-4 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp of Curry Powder
1/2 tsp of Pepper
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Turmeric
800ml of Water
1 cup of Tamarind
Paste
