Today’s recipe is very easy to make and very delicious.
Drink recipe for Ramadan.
Ingredients:
Banana Flavored Jelly,
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds,
1 liter Milk,
½ cup Sugar,
2 tbsp. Custard Powder,
½ tsp Cardamom Powder,
Almond & Pistachio Powder.
Method:
– Dissolver Jelly packet in warm water and let it set in refrigerator.
– Soak chia seeds for 30 minutes in 1 cup water.
– To prepare custard, boil milk for 10~12 minutes by adding sugar.
– Dissolve custard powder in half milk and add to the boiling milk.
– Keep whisking.
– Add cardamom, almond and pistachio powder.
– Keep cooking for 2~3 minutes.
– Let it cools down to room temperature.
– Transfer it to a bowl.
– Add chia seeds, jelly cubes and give it a good mix.
– Serve by garnishing with chopped nuts and jelly cubes.
