Try this AMAZING double chocolate peanut butter cookie recipe. They are soft, moist, and very chocolatey! Made with all natural ingredients!
They’re vegetarian and only 65 calories per cookie with 2g of protein.
Recipe: DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1/2 cup chocolate hummus
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp egg white
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix ingredients together.
3. Form cookies using a Tablespoon.
4. Flatten batter, if you prefer thinner cookies.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until set.
Makes 20 cookies.
