here I show you a a healthy ramen recipe, especially for all my weebs! I hope you like it!
0:06 ingredients~
kelp noodles (a gluten free sub for noodles!)
frozen asian vegetables (or non frozen, I just prefer that so I don’t have to buy a ton of different veggies)
sesame oil
coconut aminos (a paleo sub for soy sauce!)
siracha
egg (can be omitted if you are vegan)
garlic
onion
ginger
honey
0:40 method~
turn on your kettle!
0:45 noodles!
drain the kelp noodles and pour into another bowl. in the bowl, pour boiling hot water over it, so that it just about covers it. let that sit for 1 min.
1:10 flavouring!
then, cut up your onion, ginger and garlic. make it as tiny as possible. chuck it into a small bowl. in this bowl, pour 1 tsp of honey, 2tbs of coconut aminos, 1tsp of siracha, and 1tbs of sesame oil. mix it together
2:18 noodles again!
after letting the noodles sit for 1 min, drain the hot water out of the kelp noodles. pour the noodles onto your frying pan.
2:29 cooking!
put the asian vegetables on top. it doesn’t matter how much, it just depends on your personal preference. put some oil over the top, and stir it a bit. then, pour on the honey and garlic mix you prepared earlier. if you want flavour, add more coconut aminos and siracha. eyeball it. mix that around. if you want, crack an egg over the top of it. once that’s been cooked, you can probably turn off the stove and start dishing!
