In this video I’m taking you all to a healthy journey where you can eat the good stuff without adding anything diary, or feeling guilty of calories. Here are the ingredients that I used :
2 Cups wheat flour
1/2 Cup organic coconut oil
4 ripe Bananas 0r 1 cup
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1/4 cup organic honey
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon ground flax seed eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
optional:
1/2 cup gluten free chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnut
