I propose a simple recipe for vegetable salad:
radish (contains vitamins A, B1, B2, ZZ, C and many other trace elements and amino acids),
carrots (contains vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, beta-carotene), onions (contains essential oils, vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP, E, a large amount of vitamin C).
Ingredients:
• 1 green radish – 300 grams;
• 1 carrot – 300 grams;
• 2 onions – 200 grams;
• chicken – 300 grams;
• mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon, but it is not required at all, since vegetables are fried in oil;
• spices and salt to taste.
The salad turns out to be very tasty even without meat.
I cut the chicken into cubes and fry it with spices and salt. I use seasoning for meat.
I rub the radish with straws.
I also rub carrots with strips, onions in small cubes. Fry lightly to soften the vegetables.
I mix all the ingredients and add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
For decoration I use dill microgreens.
The salad turns out to be incredibly tasty, juicy and healthy! Serve while still warm.
