Avocado Tomato salad 🥗 make your Iftar healthier
Ingredients :
2 boiled eggs
1 cup organic tomatoes
1 Cup corn
1/2 medium red onion sliced
2 avocados diced
2 Tbsp extra virgin 4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
3/4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (from 1 medium lemon)
1/4 cup 1/2 bunch lettuce , chopped
1 tsp salt or 3/4 tsp table salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
Dressing :
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp coriander leaves chopped
