My sisters channel-
Ingredients:
1 can of Chickpeas
1 Chili
4 tbsp of Lemon juice
1 tsp of Salt
2 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp of Paprika
1 tsp Olive oil
Pitta bread
Parsley to garnish
1. Start off by chopping the chilies, it doesn’t matter how because you’re going to blend it all up anyway! Make sure you either wear gloves whilst doing this or wash your hand thoroughly after.
2. Drain the chickpea juice into a bowl and then put the chickpeas and chilies into the blender. Crush the garlic into the blender, add the salt, lemon juice, paprika and chickpea juice into the blender. NOW BLENNNND.
3. Pour into a bowl and mix in the olive oil. You can add the parsley on top but that’s optional. This is to share by the way! so if you’re having this alone, only have half and leave the other half for later.
