So In this video , I am sharing a diet plan of around 1200 – 1300 calories that any hosteller can follow easily and lose weight. This is a low calorie diet plan made for students with sedentary or less active lifestyle. There is nothing fancy in this diet plan and can be followed easily.
DIET PLAN :
B/F – 3 Whole Boiled Eggs
LUNCH – 2 Roti + Dal/Rajma/Chole + Curd/Buttermilk +Salad(if available)
SNACKS – 10 Badam + 3 Egg Whites + 1 Cup Green Tea
DINNER – 2 Roti + Dal/Rajma/Chole + Curd/Buttermilk +Salad(if available) + Fruit(if available)
