In todays video, I get my life back together lol. My healthy eating, habits and workouts kind of stopped for a while & i felt it big time. Kicking off the week with some healthy lunch ideas, dinner recipes and being realistic about my health. Having a “healthy” mindset on health is so important. Give yourself some grace! I love the follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to eating a balanced diet. I never consider what i do a “diet” because to me, no one sticks to diets. Allow yourself those yummy treats you enjoy!!! But also make sure you a fueling your body with the good as well! Lets get healthy together!
