Don’t worry about overcooking your chicken. With sauce and mozzarella it will not be super dry. I would rather cook it longer to make it more safe instead of undercook chicken 🙂
Ingredients:
– 15g flour
– 15g panko
– 50g egg white or 1 egg
– chicken breast (mine is 200g)
– 1 onion, 2 garlic
– 1 can chopped tomatoes
– basil
– spices of choice
Bake the chicken for 15 – 20 min at 180°C (350°F) depending on the thickness of the chicken breast.
