Here I bring another healthy recipe for you to enjoy. It’s full of #proteins and you can season it with your own choice of spices. Very delicious and tasty recipe for all the family at home. Hive it a try and you will love it.

Today we are making Red Beans and chana chaat recipe.
Very healthy recipe it is.

Ingredients:
1 cup Chickpeas (boiled),
1 cup Kidney Beans (boiled),
1 cup Black Chickpeas (boiled),
1 cup Potatoes (boiled),
1 Tomato (chopped),
1 Onion (chopped),
2 tbsp. Fresh Coriander (chopped),
1 Green Chili (chopped),
1 tsp. Cumin (roasted & crushed),
1 tsp. Chaat Masala,
½ tsp. black Salt,
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice,
½ cup Tamarind Sauce,

Method:
– Add chickpeas, black chickpeas, kidney beans, potato, tomato, onion, fresh coriander, green chili in a bowl.
– Add cumin, chaat masala, black salt, tamarind sauce and lemon juice.
– Give it a good mix.
– Transfer to serving bowl.
