If you want to try something new, tasty and healthy version of wheat flour do try this new and unique recipe of wheat flour.
Ingredients
3/4 cup wheat flour/aata
2 tbsp tawa/ sooji
1/3 cup curd
1 small onion chopped
1 small bell pepper chopped
Chopped coriander leaves
1 TSP grated ginger
2 green chillies
1 TSP red chilly flakes
3/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 TSP turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 pinch baking soda
1 TSP salt
Add water gradually and mix
Thick consistency
Greese tin
Pour the prepared batter
Place in the boiling water
Cover and Steam for 20 mins
Insert toothpick and check
Let cool
Scrap edges
Cut into desired shapes
Heat pan
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Fry until crispy on both sides
Crispy and well fried
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
