Hi friends, today I am sharing with a weight loss recipe very healthy and nutritious, in single serving of this recipe will get 272 calories, this recipe is loaded with proteins and fiber. This recipe is best for breakfast, you can easily add it in your breakfast time or in dinner time. This recipe can me made easily. It is a gluten free recipe so those who have gluten sensitivity they can also add this healthy breakfast recipe in their diet plan. This recipe is made from oats, amaranth seeds, foxnut, nuts and seeds, curd and some veggies. It is a balanced meal friend. I made this recipe with homemade granola recipe. Homemade granola recipe-
Oats porridge (mixed grain porridge)
Ingredients
• Homemade granola-1/2 cup(25gm)
• Bottle gourd-100 gm
• Carrot-50 gm
• Cucumber-100 gm
• Curd-150 gm
• Chili-1
• Curry leaves-4-5
• Cumin seeds-1 tsp
• Ghee-1/2 tsp
• Salt- as per taste
Cooking method
• Take a pan add ½ tsp ghee, once it hot add cumin seeds, green chili, curry leaves.
• Once it friend add grated bottle gourd and carrot, fry it for 5-8 min.
• Then add ½ cup homemade granola and fry it, cover it and cook for 2 min. Then switch of the flame.
• After that add 150 ml curd, add 2 spoon water, grated cucumber mix well. Keep it aside for 5 min.
• Then serve it in the bowl.
• Our healthy breakfast recipe is ready to serve.
