Here is a #healthy and delicious #breakfast recipe for you- Mango Chia Seed Pudding
You only need three ingredients to make it-
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1-2 tbsp honey/ maple syrup
I like to top my chia pudding with a fresh mango rose, flaked almonds and passion fruit purée.

You can make this breakfast #vegan by using plant based milk and maple syrup.

Mango and chia work so well together and it makes for the perfect light, fulfilling summer morning. I usually make this mango chia seed pudding at night- let it set in the fridge overnight, or at least for 2 hours. In the morning, I quickly chop up a mango to go with the pudding.
