Ingredients
• Sandwich bread
• Chopped onions
• Chopped green capsicum
• Grated carrot
• Grated beetroot
• Chopped tomatoes
• Chopped fresh coriander
• Oregano – 1 tsp
• Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander mint chutney
• Tomato sauce
• Grated Processed cheese
• Cheese slice
• Butter
Recipe:-
1. Take all the chopped vegetables in mixing bowl. Add all spices along with 2 tbsp green chutney and 3 tbsp tomato sauce (or as per taste) and processed cheese.
2. Mix them all well and keep aside.
3. Take 4 bread slices and spread the butter and green chutney to all slices.
4. Now spread the veggie mix on two slices, put a cheese slice on each and cover with another bread slice. Press them gently and apply butter over it.
5. Heat a tawa or pan and put butter side down on it. Apply butter on other side, Roast on low to medium flame from both sides.
6. Cut and serve with chutney or sauce.
