Hangover refers to the after effects of drinking too much alcohol. It manifests itself in form of symptoms such as , nausea, vomiting, dizziness, dry mouth & lack of concentration.

concentration

Food groups to consume in eczema:
1. Potassium: It helps in proper functioning of intestinal tract and
prevents nausea & vomiting
Foods to consume: Banana, kiwi and coconut water
2. Eggs: They provide energy and breaks down hangover
causing toxins
3. Fresh fruit juices: It energizes & re-hydrates the body and
also helps to get rid of toxins
4. Fiber & Vitamin B complex: It energizes the body and lifts up
mood
Foods to consume: Oats, brown rice and quinoa

Recipes based on the above food groups:
Recipe 1: Apple kiwi juice
1. Cut 1 apple into small cubes
2. Also cut 2 kiwis
3. Add these to a blender
4. Add 1 chopped banana as well
5. Now add 2 tsp of sugar
6. We are also going to add 1 tsp of ginger paste to this
smoothie. It will help treat nausea
7. Blend these all together
8. Once the mixture is blended, add some ice cubes in it
9. Blend this again till the ice cubes are crushed. Pour it in a
glass & your smoothie is ready
Recipe 2: Scrambled eggs
1. Break 2 eggs in a bowl
2. Beat these
3. Take a pan & add 1 tsp oil in a it
4. Add the eggs to the pan
5. Add 1 tbsp low fat cheese
6. For seasoning, add salt, pepper, oregano and some chilli
flakes
7. Now, stir the eggs till they are cooked
8. Eat this dish with 2 slices brown bread
Eating starchy carbohydrates helps improve blood sugar levels
