Pros
Lots of recipes, easy instruction. 42 recipes
Breakfast lunch dinner
13 breakfast
6 lunch
10 dinner
6 dessert
7 snack
Some are high calorie bulking food, super high in protein. Some are low calorie cutting food, perfect macros.
Lots of fitness figures, take what you like. If you like fitness recipe, chances are there’ll be one you watched before – I’ve already subscribed to Simon Miller, Stephanie Joshi, Exercise4CheatMeals, Scott Murray, Will T.

Cons:
– few lunches
– could be more detailed on instructions and pictures
– mac n cheese recipes
