Ingredients
▢1 cup Bulgur Wheat / Daliya
▢1 cup Cauliflower florets
▢1 cup Chopped Bell pepper / Capsicum (I used red and green)
▢1/2 cup Chopped carrots
▢1/2 cup Green Peas
▢1/2 cup Onion, Chopped
▢1 tsp Garlic grated
▢1 tsp Ginger grated
▢1 tsp Cumin seeds
▢2 tbsp Light or extra virgin Olive oil or coconut oil (You can use any)
▢1 tsbp Mint
▢1 tbsp Cilantro
▢Salt to taste
▢2 tsp Red Chili powder (use according to your spice level, Spice level for this recipe is 3/5)
▢1 tsp Garam masala
▢1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
▢2 tsp Lemon juice
▢2 cup Water
Use any Vegetable of your Choice.
Adjust Spices according to your liking.
You can skip the oil to make it healthier
