Okra stir fry is a delicious and an easy recipe.Here I am sharing a very simple way to make this healthy and yummy okra fry.
Ingredients
OKRA(Bhindi)-250g(chopped)
Onion (Half)-sliced
Salt-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Oil-3 tsp
PROCEDURE
Heat a pan,add oil
Add sliced onions,stir till it is slightly cooked.
Add chopped okra .
Sauté it on Low flame
Cook it for about 7/8 minutes
Do not cover the pan
Add salt and chilli powder
Now stir it on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
Okra stir fry is ready.
