Nylon beaten rice (thin variety ) – 1 to 2 cups
Boiled and mashed potato- 1/2 cup
Chilly and garlic (coarse ground) – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – few
Coriander leaves- Few
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Aamchur or chaat masala – 1 tsp
Hing (powder) – 1 tsp
Wheat flour – 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp if needed
Ghee or oil – as required

To serve with
Curd or yogurt with a pinch of salt
Pickle
Onion and green chilly
