My followers consistently ask what I eat in a day so I have finally taken the time to film an entire day of eating for you all! Full disclosure this video is what works for me and I definitely gravitate towards healthy and whole foods so expect a lot of that. Do your own research about what meals, food and way of eating works for you and tweak whatever you need in this video to fit your lifestyle.

In today’s what I eat in a day I am sharing some of my favourite recipes that a go-to in this household with Chris. We go through breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus, I am back on my apple cider vinegar shot game (it sucks) but there are so many benefits! I am gluten-free so all of these meals are GF friendly and can be simply modified to be dairy free/vegan too!
