especially vegetarian food.

vegetable kebabs or cutlets etc to make it a nutritious and filling meal for school or after school snack.

it is great as breakfast with a side of curd and pickles. It also tastes great with a side of vegetables for lunch and
it can make a great evening snack with a cup of tea.

INGREDIENTS

1 cups wheat/millet flour / 1 рдХрдк рдЧреЗрд╣реВ /рдмрд╛рдЬрд░рд╛ рдЖрдЯрд╛
┬╝ cup gram flour / ┬╝ рдХрдк рдмреЗрд╕рди
┬╜ tsp kashmiri red chili powder / lal mirch powder | ┬╜ рдЪрдордЪ рд▓рд╛рд▓ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ рдкрд╛рдЙрдбрд░
┬╝ tsp chaat masala / ┬╝ рдЪрдордЪ рдЪрд╛рдЯ рдорд╕рд╛рд▓рд╛
┬╝ tsp turmeric / ┬╝ рдЪрдордЪ рд╣рд▓реНрджреА
┬╜ tsp carom seeds / ┬╜ рдЪрдордЪ рдЕрдЬрд╡рд╛рдЗрди
salt to taste / рдирдордХ рд╕реНрд╡рд╛рдж рдЕрдиреБрд╕рд╛рд░
1 cup fenugreek leaves (finely chopped) | 1 рдХрдк рдореЗрдереА рдкрддреНрддрд╛
water as required (to knead dough) | рдкрд╛рдиреА рдЖрдЯрд╛ рдХреЗ рд▓рд┐рдП
2 tsp oil / 2 рдЪрдордЪ рддреЗрд▓
5 tsp oil / ghee (for roasting) | 5 рдЪрдордЪ рддреЗрд▓

INSTRUCTIONS:

firstly, in a large mixing bowl take fenugreek leaves (washed and finely chopped) and wheat flour and besan.
also add turmeric, carom seeds,chaat masala, kashmiri red chili powder and salt.
additionally, add green chili and ginger.
now add finely chopped methi leaves.
give a rough mix making sure the spices are combined well.
additionally, add some water and knead the dough.
knead the dough to smooth and soft texture like of chapathi dough.
add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes.
now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.
also dust with some wheat flour.
further roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or paratha.
now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute.
furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the methi thepla
also brush oil / ghee and press slightly.
finally, serve methi thepla with raita and pickle.
