Ingredients
Cabbage 1 medium size
1-2 green chilly
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds and fennel seeds
1/4 tsp pepper powder
required salt
curry leaves
coriander leaves
2 tbsp besan flour
For outer covering
2 tbsp maida and corn flour and little salt
breadcrumbs as required
