Oats puda is a quick, healthy and delicious recipe for breakfast ready under few minutes. You can even pack these in the tiffin box.

|| Ingredients ||
1 Cup Roasted Oats Powder
1 Cup Rice Flour
2-3 TBSP Curd
1/2 TBSP Ginger Green Chilli Paste
1 TBSP Oil
Salt To Taste
1.5 Cup Shredded Zucchini
1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander
1/4 TSP Baking Soda
2 Cup Water
Rest for 10-15 mins
|| Method ||
* Roast oats on slow flame for 5-6 mins or until it gets crispy.
* Once done, let it cool and grind in powder foam.
* Now take oats powder in bowl and add rice flour and mix.
* Add all other ingredients except baking soda and mix well.
* Add baking soda.
* Mix well.
* Heat tawa. ( I used non-stick tawa)
* Take spoonful of oats puda batter and spread evenly.
* Spread oil around edges ( I have used olive oil/ you may use any oil) and let it cook for about 45 secs to 1 minute on both side/ turn other side when edges becomes brown.
* Puda is ready.
* Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
