This recipe is all about healthy and simple,must try for kids
Ingredients
1.sprouted green gram dal
2.carrot grated
3.cucumber pieces
4.salt to Taste
5.lemon juice
6.pepper powder
7.chilli powder
8.ghee
9.bread slices
10.mayonaise
Take a bowl and mix sprouted beans with salt and chilli powder, in another bowl mix
cucumber pieces with mayonnaise and pepper powder. Now take a bread slice and add grated carrot on to it, place another bread slice and add cucumber mixture then place bread slice on it and add sprout mixture on it then place a bread slice top of it.place a pan and roast the bread on both sides using spatula,cut along edges and enjoy yummy sandwich
