My daughter suggested the Indian Curry flavor to try cooking with our freshly picked moringa leaves together with some sweet potatoes. Hope you like it too!
ingredients –
1 whole chicken, cut in pieces
1 small red onion
3 big cloves garlic
5 thin slices of ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 to 2 tbsp Indian curry powder
carrots, potatoes & sweet potatoes
1 cup pure coconut milk
salt n pepper to taste
option – green leafy vegetables
and some fresh oregano & basil
