INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour (1 cup atta, 1 cup all-purpose)
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg – beaten
2 tablespoons salad oil
Slightly less than one cup of milk
1 teaspoon marge/ fat to grease pan and a little flour to dust it
