Here’s a Vegan Meal Prep video for everyone loaded with Healthy and Delicious Meals and complete Recipes. In the video we’re making a spicy vegan chili with fresh salsa, mashed potatoes with peas and sausage and a tasty smoothie bag for breakfast. This is a great example of what I eat in a day and what I would recommend to my clients.

Breakfast
Smoothie
3 tbsp Protein, 1 banana, handful spinach, 1 cup frozen berries, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 3 dates, ½ cup oats

Lunch
7 Mashed potatoes and 4 cups peas with 4 field Roast sausage
Roast potatoes covered in foil for 30-40 minutes on 425

Dinner
Fresh Salsa – Pint of Grape Tomatoes, 2 Jalapenos, Cilantro, 2 Mangoes, 1 Lime, Salt and Pepper
Vegan Chili
1lb kidney beans
1lb pinto beans
2 red onions
5 jalapenos
3 bell peppers
2 cans tomato paste
3 tbsp chili mix seasonings
6 garlic cloves
2 ears of corn
1 tbsp kosher salt
½ Avocado
23 minutes on high pressure cooker
