This weeks recipe is called “Tower of Love”

Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of Olive oil
Packet of Bacon
1 Cup of Spinach (drained)
Cheese slices
Worcester sauce
Mustard
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Method:
Add 1 tbsp of Olive oil into heated pan. Place cookie cutter in the centre. Place 1 Chicken breast, along with mustard, Worcester sauce. Add salt & pepper to taste. Next add your drained spinach on top along with your Tomatoes, Bacon & Cheese. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until placing it into the oven at 180C for roughly 10 minutes. Alternatives are using Tofu or serve with Mash Potato. Lastly, sprinkle paprika for some extra heat!
