INGREDIENTS :
Groundnut oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
Onion – 3 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Mixed vegetables of your choice ( carrot , beans, cauliflower )
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 ½ Cups
Ragi flour – 3 tsp
