Ingredients :

Khichdi

3/4 Cup – Kolam Rice
¼ Cup – Moong Dal (Split Green Dal)
¼ Cup – Yellow Moong Dal
Mix Above things and Wash 3 times and Take Pressure Cooker n add
1+1/2 tbsp – Ghee
½ tbsp – Oil
Heat Properly
2 no – Cinnamon
4-5 no – Cloves
2 no – Green Cardamom
2 no – Dry Whole Chillies
8-10 no – Curry Leaves
½ tsp – Hing
1 no – Green Chilli Chopped
1/8 Cup – Peanuts
1 no – onion Chopped
1 tsp – Garlic Chopped
Sauté Very well till Golden then add
1 no Small – Chopped Carrot
1 Small Piece – Chopped Bottle Gourd
1 no – Small Chopped Potato
2 no – Brinjal Chopped
½ no – Torai Chopped (Ridge Gourd)
Sauté n Cook Properly
¼ tsp – Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
¼ Cup – Green Peas
1 no – Tomato Chopped
1 tsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
¼ Cup – Toor Dal (Washed)
Add above rice and dal soaked and Mix Properly
Add Water and Mix Properly
4 Cup – Water
Make it Two whistle and keep in Slow Flame 5-7 min and keep for Some time then mix Properly
Add
3-4 tbsp – Coriander Leaves

Tadka:
1+1/2 tbsp – Oil
½ tsp – Cumin Seeds
2 no – Whole Dry Chillies
7-8 no – Curry Leaves
¼ tsp – Hing
Add Tadka in Khichdi and Serve
