This tahini & maple salad dressing is an easy and healthy salad dressing to accompany lots of different salads. However, it’s delicious not only with salads but also served with lentils or drizzled over roast vegetables….it’s also great to dip sweet potato wedges in too!

This tahini and maple dressing is oil free and dairy free and is great to make up a batch at the weekend to enjoy throughout the week with various dishes.

*Tahini & Maple Dressing*

Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
2-3 Tbsp. water

How to make
In a bowl, mix together the tahini, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and salt until fully combined and smooth.

Add in the water 1 tablespoon at a time until you get the desired consistency. The dressing can look like it’s separating once you add the water but if you keep whisking it will come together.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

The dressing will thicken when stored in the fridge, take out of the fridge about 10 minutes before using and it should loosen, if it doesn’t add a splash of water and stir well.
