This Chocolate chia seed pudding is made with coconut milk, chia, cocoa powder and palm sugar. Flavor possibilities are endless when you have right ratio of liquid and chia seeds. Love to add cocoa powder to turn this healthy snack into a dessert. This pudding is perfect for a healthy and filling breakfast or mid-day snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Milk
3Tbsp Chia seeds
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
2 Tbsp Coconut palm sugar (can be substituted with honey/Maple syrup)

Pudding
1 Cup overnight soaked cocoa chia pudding
2-3 Strawberries
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
1 Tbsp mini Hershey’s chocolate chips (optional)
