Back with another vid but this time a little different. One of my most asked questions has to be about fitness watches or activity trackers like the fitbit, whoop, garmin or polar watch for working out in and how accurate the fitness watches are at tracking calories during your workout. Therefore, I thought id put all 3 fitness watches I had (fitbit, polar and garmin watch) through my 1000 calorie workout to see what stats they gave me in terms of calories, heart rate and more. The result was pretty surprising as you will see, all 3 activity fitness tracker watches were quite close to each other however I’ll let the vid do the rest of the talking.
Also, as I know you like food, along with the fitness tracker experiment where I test out all 3 of the watches i.e. my fitbit, polar and garmin, I also take you through an insane volume, low calorie pizza recipe.
