They are also healthy, low calorie, and the pudding is high in protein. Cocoa powder contains theobromine, which aids in decreasing inflammation and lowering your risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes…cocoa is not only low-calorie, but it is very nutrient-dense!
I love making the spread and pudding and adding fruits and other toppings to it, perfect for a delicious breakfast. I find that when I get my chocolate and sweet fix in for the day I don’t crave it later on and I don’t binge on the junkie stuff!
