1 cup freshly sprouted moong beans (blanched)
1 Tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
1 carrot grated
2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp mint leaves chopped
4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp chat masala powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger juice
2 tsp honey
