Peanut chat recipe – One of the popular street food in India. There are numerous variations we can make this with. Usually puffed rice is added to it for extra crunchiness. In this version we kept it simple and aimed at a good source of oil free protein snack.

1 cup Raw jumbo Peanuts, Soaked Overnight OR Boiled Peanuts
1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup Tomato finely chopped, medium size
1/4 cup Cucumber finely chopped, small
2 tbsp Grated Raw Mango
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Chat masala
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Cilantro / coriander leaves, chopped
Water
Salt as required
