Breastfeeding Balls / Bliss Balls / Lactation Balls / A YUMMY SNACK

Call them what you want, these balls are delicious!

I’ve added a few Galactagogues (ingredients like oats and flaxseeds) that are said to promote milk production. But don’t worry, you won’t start lactating just by eating these balls. 🙂

I’ll make these at the start of the week and freeze some for the following week so that I’ve always got a healthy snack on hand. For my fellow breastfeeding mummas, you’ll feel me when I say, breastfeeding hunger is NEXT LEVEL!

I like to make my bliss balls sans dates so that I’m not having too much sugar, because, I’ll be honest I can’t stop at just one of these.

INGREDIENTS:
All organic if possible
Coconut Oil
Peanut Butter
Cacao Powder
Oats
LSA
Hemp seeds
Chia Seeds
Maple Syrup
Pinch Sea Salt
Dash of Filtered Water
Option to melt chocolate on top if you’re feeling extra fancy.

You’ll see in the video my approach to making these is fluid. I go with what I have in the pantry. Throw it into the food processor / blender and hope for the best. Adjust to your own taste and preferred sweetness level.

Let me know if you make these. I’d love to see you ball creations!
