So, today I have come up with a recipe of healthy beetroot sandwich. This is a curd based recipe.
No mayonnaise, no cheese, no fancy sauces. This is an amazing recipe of healthy grilled sandwich.

Ingredients :-
4-5 Beetroot
1 Cup Curd
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
9-10 Curry Leaves
8 Breads
Butter
Recipe :- To make Beetroot Sandwich, we will first prepare the Beetroot Filling.
Take 4-5 beetroots and boil them in the cooker. Turn off the heat when a whistle appears.
When the beetroot cools down, remove its peel and gargle the beetroot. Put a cup of curd in the grated beetroot.
Mix it and if you feel that the mixture is dry then you can add more curd. Mix the curd well.
Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp chaat masala to the curd and mix.
For Tadka – Take 1 tsp of oil in the pan and give 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and a little asafetida in the pan.
When cumin seeds and mustard seeds start popping, add 9-10 curry leaves. Stir and pour the tempering into the beetroot mixture. Mix it well.

For Sandwich – Now take bread and spread the mixture of beetroot on it and cover it with other bread. Spread butter on the griller and cook the sandwich from both the sides. Keep adding butter little by little on the griller. This will make our sandwiches crispy. Sandwiches are grilled, sprinkle the seeds lightly on it and serve.
