The day has come when McDonald’s collides with the anabolic world. This breakfast sandwich recipe will give you an easy way to meal prep a few sandwiches for your week. The low calorie McGriddle recipe gives you three sandwiches packed with protein and better yet the pancakes I think are the best part. They’re light, fluffy and flavorful! Pair this recipe up with a little bit of maple syrup for an extra kick – I left it out of the recipe but a few drops of maple syrup while on the stove top will give it a nice touch. Cake Recipe (Makes 6; 3 inch cakes)
58g All purpose flour
22g Casein protein
10g Whey protein *if you do not have each individual then just use 32g of a whey/casein mix*
3g Baking soda
2g Baking powder
5g Sweetener
70g Egg whites
3g French vanilla extract OR Maple OR Vanilla extract *French Vanilla extract is my preference*
70g Fat Free Reddi Wip (the blue bottle)
100g Non-Fat Greek yogurt
Add 60-65g Egg white for the egg + 1 or 2 Canadian bacon slices and 1 Kraft single cheese. Then NOMS!
