Don’t have tahini on hand? Try making hummus with your favorite seed or nut butter! I love the creaminess it adds, and it’s extra delicious when you dip 🍎 in it:
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup nut/ seed butter
Juice of 1 🍋 + part of the rind for extra flavor
bunch of basil
2 T. garlic
2 T. EVOO
Salt + Pepper + Red Pepper flakes (or sub the spice for cinnamon if you want a sweeter snack!)🧂
It takes less than 3 minutes to make and you have a healthy lunch option with ingredients from your pantry 🌿
