To Make Sprouts:-
1. Wash the green grams and soak it for 8 – 10 hours or overnight.
2. Discard the soaked water and wash the soaked green grams.
3.Tie the soaked green grams in a damp muslin cloth.
4. Keep it in a dark warm place, partially covered.
5. If the cloth dries out, sprinkle little water to keep in the moisture.
6. After 36 to 48 hours you will see the beautiful sprouts from the green grams.
(use it with in 2 days )
