Cook on a pan for 10 mins on each side
then put it in the oven at a 425 heat
Sweet Potato Fries
Total seasoning (hispanic sections) & salt
Boil fries in water & vinegar
then empty out water and lay out fries on a pan and add olive oil
add to the oven at 425 heat

Chicken Tacos
Chicken – cook how desired
Whole wheat tortillas
topings : cheese, cilantro, unions, avocado, sour cream
