KHATTA DHOKLA | GUJARATI FAMOUS LIVE KHATTA DHOKLA RECIPE | HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE Ingredient List:
RICE – 1/4 CUP
URAD DAL – 1/4 CUP
MOONG DAL – 1/4 CUP
CHANA DAL – 1/4 CUP
WATER – 1 & 1/2 CUP (TO SOAK)
SOUR CURD – 1/4 CUP (Note : If, you are using normal curd then add 2 tbsp lime juice)
Ginger Chilli paste – 1 tbsp (2 small chilli + 1 inch ginger)
Salt – 1 tsp (As per taste)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Eno / fruit salt – 1 tsp
Water – 1 tsp (To activate Eno)
Chilli powder – Sprinkle on plate
Black pepper powder – Sprinkle on plate
Note : 2 Dhokla plates can be made out of this measurement.
