Hey guys!! Follow me through a week of me eating some delicious, healthy, mix of vegetarian + pescatarian, and plant-based recipes! I decided to include a lot of BRAND NEW recipes for you guys, or some of my favourites modified to be a bit healthier.. just because I know how much you enjoy these videos 🙂 They are super healthy, super delicious, and simple to make, and you can use em for weight loss too. As you probably know, I’ve been trying to consume less meat, but I noticed that I was replacing a lot of my meals with meat substitutes, rather than a healthy diet of beans (that make you toot), whole grains (like quinoa) and looots of vegetables. I always thought eating like this would be boring… but hopefully this video changes your mind.
