Fudgy Chocolate Protein Balls is a delicious low-calorie protein treat! This is a recipe I developed for my brother. He is a chocolate lover but very dedicated to his fitness so this was my way of keeping him happy! It is a one-bowl recipe and barely takes any work which makes it much easier. The protein balls are extremely fudgy and you get almost 5g of protein per ball (depending on the protein powder you use) and it’s about 70 calories. The ingredients are all extremely healthy and nutritious for you. This is a great post/pre-workout snack. It is a completely plant-based dessert (depending on the protein powder you use). A great no-guilty dessert to try out to satisfy your sugar cravings!

Ingredients:Â
1/2 cup Chocolate Protein powder
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Almond/peanut butterÂ
1/4 cup Flax meal
1 tbsp coconut sugar- optional
1 tsp Vanilla essenceÂ
2 tbsp Almond flourÂ
1/3-2/3 cup water
Directions:Â
In a bowl add the protein powder, cocoa powder, flax meal, almond flour, and coconut sugar. Mix it all together.
Add the nut butter, vanilla essence, and mix.
Add water and mix till it comes together as a lump. Add 1/3 cup of water first and then 2 tbsp at a time till it comes together.
Cover bowl with a cling wrap and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Scoop and form into balls by rolling them into a ball using your hands.
They are ready. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
